How to make a return
Online Returns Policy – Change Of Mind
We hope you love your Ana Activewear order. But, If something isn’t quite right we accept returns on all full-price, sale, and promotional items purchased through anaactivewear.com.
Refund conditions may vary by product. Please see the information below for details.
To be eligible for return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The return is lodged within 21 days of delivery
- Item is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached
- Shoes must be returned in original packaging and unworn (the shoebox is considered part of the product)
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery or swimwear
- Item was purchased directly from anaactivewear.com (including Ana Activewear products)
- We are unable to accept returns for purchases made through third-party retailers – please contact the store of purchase directly
Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. If the original payment method was a gift voucher or store credit, a new voucher will be issued.
Full-price items purchased during a temporary promotion, as well as sale items, are eligible to be returned for a store credit. Discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over to the credit note.
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, refund or credit, unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description. FINAL SALE items are marked accordingly, and we kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

You’ll be guided through the steps and will have the option to choose either a refund or store credit.
Once your return is received and assessed, we will process your refund or credit within 10 business days. You’ll be notified via email once the return has been finalised.
All of our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In the unfortunate event of a fault or defect, please contact us through our website within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, with images and a description of the fault.
- Shipping fees, import duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable unless required by law
- Exchange rate fluctuations and customs policies may affect the final refund amount
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our Conditions of Return
